Upon returning to his hometown to care for his ailing parents, Venerable Paññākāra Tuệ Nhân, Executive Director of the Board overseeing the construction of the Ancient Sacred Buddhist Scripture Stupas Dhammacetiya project, organized a meeting with the members of the project management team in Vietnam, including the Graphic Design, Architectural Design, Communications, and Fundraising committees, along with the enthusiastic participation of volunteer lay devotees. The meeting took place at the Dhammacetiya office in Vietnam.

The primary objective of the gathering was to review the accomplishments of the past year, propose effective communication strategies, engage in blueprint discussions, address queries, and coordinate arrangements for significant events including the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the construction of the Dhammacetiya, the Tipiṭaka Chanting Ceremony, and the International Vesak Day scheduled for the Full Moon of April 2025. The meeting concluded with heartfelt New Year blessings and good wishes from Venerable Paññākāra Tuệ Nhân.

The meeting adjourned with a sense of joy and optimism, accompanied by prayers for the timely commencement and completion of the Ancient Sacred Buddhist Scripture Stupas Dhammacetiya.
