On June 24, 2024, Venerable Paññākāra Tuệ Nhân, along with several donors, attended the Grand Opening Ceremony of a road section funded by the Hương Từ Loving Kindness Foundation of Hương Đạo Buddhist Temple – USA, which was donated to the patients of the Bến Sắn Leprosy Center in Bình Dương, Vietnam. This section of the road had not been constructed for 65 years and has now been completed at a cost of 361 million VND.
