Dhammacetiya

Closely observe each moment of suffering

Everyone fears suffering. Rarely does anyone willingly confront and address suffering. Practicing Vipassana meditation or Mindfulness involves attentively experiencing suffering, thoroughly understanding its cause, completely eradicating its origin to cease suffering, and developing a path that leads to its cessation. We must closely observe each moment of suffering until we encounter a moment when suffering is absent; only then can we truly comprehend what happiness is.
