On this day of gathering and celebration, we pause to send our warmest wishes to all of you.
May your homes be filled with joy. May your hearts be warmed by the presence of those you love. May laughter and light fill every corner where you gather.
And as you celebrate together, may you also find moments to simply be—to be present, to be mindful, to fully experience the gift of this time.
Look into the eyes of those you love and truly see them. Listen not just to their words, but to what lives beneath them. Hold these moments gently, knowing how precious they are.
Peace begins in presence. It begins when we stop rushing through life and truly arrive in it—here, now, with open hearts.
When you find that peace within yourself, let it radiate outward. Let it touch your family, your friends, everyone you encounter. This is how peace spreads—quietly, beautifully, one mindful moment at a time.
As this year comes to a close and a new one waits to unfold, may peace walk with you into every day ahead.
Merry Christmas. Happy Holidays. May the coming year bring deeper peace to all beings everywhere.
May you and all beings be happy and at peace. 🙏✨
🙏 Today, in this holiday season, our hearts overflow with gratitude.
To every person who has supported this Walk for Peace—thank you.
To our dedicated support team who walks beside us every single day, ensuring the journey continues safely—thank you.
To the law enforcement officers who have protected us, guided us, and shown us such kindness along the way—thank you.
To every community that welcomed us, every meal that was offered, every hand that was extended, every smile that greeted us, every prayer that was spoken—thank you.
You have carried us through 61 days and over 1,000 miles. Your generosity, your warmth, your open hearts remind us why we walk—because goodness lives everywhere, in people everywhere.
We are humbled by your kindness. We are grateful beyond words.
Merry Christmas to all of you. May your day be filled with joy, love, and peace.
May you and all beings be happy and at peace. 🙏🎄✨
🕊️ For the Ones Sitting Alone Tonight
Today, many people gather in the holiday season. Homes glow with light and laughter. Tables overflow. Joy spills into every corner where love has made a home.
But we know that somewhere, in the quiet spaces between all that celebration, there are souls who sit alone.
Who feel the weight of disconnection.
Who carry suffering like stones in their pockets.
Who wonder if anyone remembers they exist.
To you, wherever you are, we send our deepest loving-kindness.
May you find something good today, even if it’s small—a kind stranger’s glance, a moment of warmth, a memory that doesn’t hurt.
May you find light, even if it flickers, even if it’s just the faint glow of hope saying: tomorrow might be different.
We offer you this, the only thing we can give from afar: the practice of mindfulness.
Be here. Be with your breath. Don’t run from this moment, even if it’s painful. Stay. Let go of your worry.
Because in staying—in being fully, mindfully present with your breath—peace can quietly arise. Not the loud, joyful peace of celebration, but the deep, unshakeable peace that lives beneath all circumstances.
And in that peace, something shifts. The walls of separation soften. You are no longer cut off. You are part of this—part of all of us, part of the vast, breathing web of life that holds every single being.
You are not alone. You have never been alone.
Peace is with you. It waits inside you. Find it. Feel it. Let it hold you. You can meet us there in spirit.
May you and all beings be happy and at peace. 🙏✨
