Walk For Peace – Homecoming Ceremony in Fort Worth, TX

After 112 days and 2,300 miles, the road finally led back to the source. In this video, we witness a moment that transcends words: Venerable Bhikkhu Pannakara returning home to bow before his teacher, Most Venerable Ratanaguṇa, at the Hương Đạo Vipassana Bhavana Center.

There is a profound beauty in this silence. From this angle, we see more than just a gesture—we see a student offering up every step, every prayer, and every heart touched along the way back to the one who first showed him the path. It is the completion of a mission, a tender closing of a circle that began with a teacher’s blessing and ends with a student’s gratitude.

This bow reminds us that no matter how far we travel or how much we achieve, we remain rooted in the kindness and wisdom of those who guided us. This is the heart of devotion—a bond of love and respect that stays steady through every mile and every storm. The journey was long, but the heart never forgot the way.

We would like to express our deep thanks to Vivian Van Nguyen for recording and sending us this moving video, allowing us all to share in this sacred moment.
May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace. 🙏✨
