It has been over a week since our physical journey reached the Lincoln Memorial, in Washington DC on February 11, 2026. As we settle into this time of reflection after 109 days and 2,300 miles, our hearts are filled with a single, overwhelming emotion: gratitude.
We want to express our deepest thanks to every member of our support team and the incredible volunteers who walked this path with us. From our core team to the local friends who joined us in every state, and the countless individuals who supported this mission in ways both seen and unseen—we thank you.
There were so many tasks, so much labor, and so much quiet work that happened behind the scenes—much of which we may never fully know or see. To every person who drove the miles, prepared the meals, coordinated our logistics, protected our safety, captured the video and photography, and helped share our message through social media and news platforms—we thank you. Whether you worked through the night to keep us moving or shared our story to reach hearts far and wide, you made this journey possible. Every effort was a vital part of the whole, and every hand was essential to our path.
The photos we share today are just a small glimpse of the many beautiful faces who stood by us. We know this collection is not complete; there are so many more of you whose names and faces we carry in our hearts. We will continue to share more as we collect photos and honor everyone who gave their spirit to this mission.
The venerable monks may have taken the physical steps, but they never walked alone. This journey was walked by all of us together—every volunteer, every supporter, and every soul who offered their time and energy to the cause of peace.
Thank you from the very depths of our hearts. Your seen and unseen efforts are forever woven into the merit of this walk.
May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace. 🙏✨
